Information the workspace uses
The application flow collects the name or working name, email, chosen contact, residence, audience countries, languages, skills, channels, portfolio and approach that you provide. Approved partner records can include tracking identifiers, source report events, commissions, payout requests and discussion contributions.
Why the information is used
These records support application review, account access, matching suitable offers, attribution, reconciliation, payment administration, support and misuse prevention. No player identity documents, player contacts or player payment details are requested. Do not include third-party personal data in creative briefs or community messages.
Sessions and device storage
The application uses HTTP-only cookies for account sessions and temporary email verification. Your questionnaire draft is saved in this browser so you can continue later; sign-in codes are not stored in the draft. The draft is removed after your email is verified and the application is confirmed as saved. No optional analytics or advertising tracking is currently installed.
Email and communication
Email access uses Resend to send a one-time confirmation code and Supabase to manage your identity, session and application records. Email delivery is currently limited to the configured test recipient. Optional product news consent is separate from applying and is off by default.
Access and retention
An applicant can view their own application, and approved partners can view their own financial and link records. Administrators have review and operational access. Financial and moderation actions are logged. The owner must define the retention schedule, processors, lawful basis and applicable rights process before public launch.
Contact and requests
The privacy contact and operating entity have not been configured. The owner must supply contact details and a process for access, correction and deletion requests before public use.
