Who the platform is for
Win Commission is an application-led workspace for adult marketing partners. You must be at least 18 and eligible to conduct the proposed marketing in the relevant countries. The platform is not a casino, does not accept player deposits and does not provide a player wallet.
Applications and access
Applying and joining are free. Applications are reviewed by a person and can be approved, declined or returned for more information. Approval does not guarantee an available offer, a particular commission or income. Keep your information accurate and your account credentials private.
Offers and commercial terms
Each available offer has its own countries, permitted sources, qualifying events, calculation rules, verification period and payment conditions. You must accept the applicable version before creating a tracking link. Historical records retain the terms applied to those results.
Records and payments
Commission is derived from an identifiable source report or approved import. Reported activity can remain pending or be adjusted under the applicable terms. Eligible verified earnings are reviewed in monthly payout runs, subject to the displayed threshold, supported payment methods and review. A request reserves funds and does not itself execute a transfer.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fabricated results, promote to minors, use fake winning claims, disguise destinations to evade platform moderation or use materials without permission. Access may be suspended while suspected misuse or a dispute is reviewed. Financial adjustments and review decisions retain an audit trail.
Service availability
Account access and application review do not automatically activate an offer or a financial workspace. Campaigns require an approved offer and permitted traffic source. Payments are reviewed separately and recorded after the external transfer is confirmed.
Before public use
The operating entity, registered address, contact information, applicable jurisdiction, dispute process and final commercial agreement must be supplied by the owner before public launch. These draft terms do not claim a license or completed legal review.
