Research how comparable advertisers present their offers, verify two programs’ terms, then create your own campaign for one permitted market and traffic source. Split eligible traffic transparently between two approved offers and reconcile acquisition costs with confirmed operator results. A lower CPA can earn more per click when more visitors qualify. Retest that result before increasing spend.

1. Research the market with ad libraries and spy tools

Start with one eligible country and a traffic source the operator permits. Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center let you inspect advertisers’ published ads. AdPlexity is an external ad intelligence tool for researching ads and landing pages across its supported products. Use the appropriate library for your source. These are research services, not Win Commission integrations, and an observed ad does not reveal its advertiser’s profit.

  1. Search comparable operators and affiliate propositions in your chosen market.
  2. Record the hook, format, call to action, offer explanation and landing page structure.
  3. Save the source URL, observation date and any available country or placement information.
  4. Turn repeated patterns into test hypotheses; running for a long time is not proof of positive returns.

2. Turn the research into a two-offer comparison

Use AI to organize dated public terms and your research notes into a comparison and a campaign brief. Keep a source beside each claim and mark missing terms as unknown. Confirm material details with the program before spending; an AI summary cannot grant permission or settle an ambiguous contract. Your output should explain why each offer could suit the same audience.

  1. Compare eligible countries, channels, audience requirements and local payment experience.
  2. Write the precise qualifying acquisition, CPA or RevShare basis, deductions and rejection rules.
  3. Record attribution windows, supported click identifiers, reporting delays and validation periods.
  4. Compare payout thresholds, holds, schedule and fees; save the accepted terms version.
  5. Create a brief with the audience, original angle, permitted claims, destination and one measurable hypothesis.

3. Set up authorized accounts and campaign permissions

Use your own authorized business, affiliate and advertising accounts, and complete the checks each service requires. Confirm the operator, country, source, creative and landing page are permitted. Google gambling-related advertising requires certification and eligible locations; Meta requires prior permission. Account creation means legitimate setup and access, not fabricated identities or replacement accounts to bypass a restriction. A traffic network such as Adexium belongs at the media buying stage, not the ad research stage; use it only where the relevant terms permit.

4. Make an original creative and landing page

Use the research to understand a pattern, then write your own hook, explanation and call to action. Build a landing page that accurately describes the offer and discloses the affiliate relationship before the outgoing link. Use assets you own or are licensed to use, and get required approvals. AI can draft variants for human review. Copying a competitor’s brand, claims or complete page does not establish that you have permission to publish them.

5. Run one comparable split between two approved offers

The test asks which offer produces more confirmed commission from comparable traffic. Keep the source, country, audience, creative proposition and time period comparable. Use the disclosed outgoing link to route eligible visitors between the two permitted offers according to a recorded allocation. Each destination must match what the visitor was told; reviewers and visitors must see the same campaign.

  1. Create a distinct tracking link and supported click identifier for each offer and campaign.
  2. Record which eligible visitors enter each group and the allocation rule.
  3. Set a spend ceiling, loss limit, review date and required reporting window in advance.
  4. Check attribution with an operator-approved test method before committing the full budget.
  5. Change one meaningful variable at a time and keep a record of changes.

6. Reconcile cost, qualification and reporting delays

Join actual media costs and your click records to operator-reported events using the supported campaign and click identifiers. Separate registrations, qualifying acquisitions, rejected events and confirmed commission. Compare groups with the same time to qualify and the same observation period. If one operator has not finished reporting or validation, the comparison is incomplete. For RevShare, use the same earned-revenue horizon rather than a projected lifetime value.

  1. Preserve pending, rejected and confirmed results with their source and report date.
  2. Record rejection reasons and later adjustments instead of silently removing them.
  3. Keep confirmed commission, available balance and cash actually received separate.
  4. Allow for verification holds and payment delays when deciding how much more traffic you can fund.

7. Compare confirmed earnings, not the headline CPA

Confirmed earnings per click, or EPC, equals confirmed affiliate commission after reversals divided by consistently counted clicks. It is a measurement of campaign performance, not a payment for clicks. Contribution equals that commission minus media, creative production, tracking, research subscriptions, fees and allocated operating costs. Use the same denominator and cost rules for both offers. If you measure unique visitors instead, label the metric earnings per visitor. Customer deposits are not automatically affiliate revenue.

Why a lower CPA can produce the better result

A larger fee helps only when the referred customer meets its conditions. A smaller fee can produce more confirmed commission from the same number of clicks if a larger share of visitors qualifies and remains attributable. Offer fit, registration and payment experience, exclusions and validation all affect that outcome. Establish the difference from comparable completed reports; a research tool’s popularity signal or an attractive rate cannot prove it. This explains the mechanism, not a result achieved by Win Commission.

8. Keep a control, retest and scale from evidence

Repeat a promising comparison on fresh traffic before increasing spend. Keep an unchanged control allocation so you can spot changes in acquisition costs, qualification or audience response. Scale in steps only while observed contribution, available funding and reporting quality support it. Stop at the limits you set, investigate discrepancies and save the result, accepted terms and creative brief. Automation can organize this history and flag changes; the decision should remain traceable to actual costs and confirmed events.
